The information provided below will help prepare you for ICMAT2023. The dates for the conference are from 26 – 30 June 2023. Please read the information below carefully and we look forward to having you with us at ICMAT2023!

Submission & Registration Deadline: Thursday, 4 May 2023

Please refer to the marketing material checklist below. Thursday, 4 May 2023 is the deadline for submitting all required materials and registering your complimentary conference pass holders.

Submitting Your Marketing Materials for Showcase

• Log on to RIO with your email and password.
• On the left menu, click "Upload Showcase".
• Upload your products, images, video URLs, social media & webinar links.
• Click submit to complete the upload.

When Does Showcase Go Live?

• Once payment is cleared/received by ICMAT2023.
• And after all marketing materials are successfully uploaded online via RIO.
• All Showcases are accessible to all visitors till Thursday, 30 November 2023 on Showcase Webpage.

Registering Exhibitor Pass / Complimentary Conference Pass (Whichever is Applicable)

• Log on to RIO with your email and password.
• On the left menu, click "Register Exhibitor Pass / Conference Pass Holder ".
• You will require the Email, Full Name, Organization, and Job Title of the pass holder.
• Click submit to complete the registration.
• All sponsors are required to register their conference pass holders by Thursday, 4 May 2023.

Move-in & Booth Dressing	:	Monday, 26 June 2023 2.00pm – 5.00pm
Move-out	:	Thursday, 29 June 2023 6.00pm – 10pm
